Founded in 2018 in Downers Grove, Illinois, Mud & Char, Caffeine & Fare was created from a deep love of exceptional coffee, tea, and community. Our boutique local café is a welcoming space for all—known for serving some of the best breakfast sandwiches in Downers Grove, alongside expertly crafted coffee drinks, premium teas, and a wide variety of caffeinated favorites. What started as a quick stop for coffee and a bite has grown into a beloved neighborhood destination.
